Agreement to Terms

Billing: Purchases are billed immediately at the time of purchase. For subscriptions, renewals are billed according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually).
Subscription Services and Automatic Renewal
Automatic Renewal: All subscription services are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period for the same duration and at the current price.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at billing@cai.audio . Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Content Ownership
You retain all rights to music and other content you create using our platform. We do not claim ownership over any content created using our services. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content to provide and improve our services.
User Representations
By using the site, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
- You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
- You are at least 16 years of age and meet all eligibility requirements.
- You will not access the site through automated or non-human means.
- You will not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Your use of the site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Account Deletion and Data Removal
Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@cai.audio . When you delete your account:
- Your account will be immediately deactivated
- Your personal information will be deleted within 30 days
- Your created content may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement
- Some data may be retained longer as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
